Sony Xperia Z1 coming to Singapore

Announced at the IFA just a week earlier, the Sony Xperia Z1 is Sony's latest waterproof smartphone that will be making its way to Singapore on 04 October 2013!

The Hardware
The stunning new Xperia Z1 is the first smartphone to include Sony’s award-winning “G Lens” with a 27mm wide angle and bright F2.0 aperture, custom made large 1/2.3-type CMOS image sensor Exmor RS for mobile with 20.7MP and a BIONZ for mobile image processing engine. The dust-resistant and waterproof 5-inch device utilises a fully integrated Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 800 quad-core 2.2 GHz processor, 3000 mAh battery and 4G LTE.

The Software
Sony's Xperia Camera apps includes apps such as Social life, Timeshift burst, Info-eye and AR effect. These custom-made apps were designed exclusively for Xperia Z1 and the smartphone’s optimized camera

The Availability
Available in white, black and purple, Xperia Z1 from Sony Mobile will retail in Sony stores, Sony centres, Xperia concept stores, authorised outlets as well as all telco operators from 04 October 2013 onwards at a recommended retail price of S$998 without contract.
