Singapore's largest coffee, tea and confectionery show happening at Marina Bay Sands

The Café Asia 2015, International Coffee & Tea Industry Expo 2015 (ICT Expo 2015) Sweets & Bakes Asia 2015 open yesterday at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre! Being the Singapore's largest coffee, tea and confectionery show, it showcases more than 100 exhibitors from over 20 countries!

Café Asia 2015 has established itself as Southeast Asia’s trade and consumer event dedicated to the region’s café and teahouse communities. At the Café Asia 2015, it brings together different industrial partners under one roof for trade opportunities.

The second edition of Sweets & Bakes Asia showcases a range of products and services for the baking and confectionery industries’ supply chain, from machinery to equipment, to ingredients and packaging.

The shows open their doors to the public on March 21 with fun-filled activities on everything coffee, tea and bakery including exclusive workshops, classes, and demonstrations of the latest technologies, trends and techniques. 

The best brewers and latte artists will compete for the Singapore National Latte Art Championship 2015 and the inaugural Singapore National Brewers Cup 2015 titles. The winners will represent Singapore at the world competitions. Creations by participants of the Singapore Bakery & Confectionery Championship will also be showcased at the shows!

For Gelato lovers, the second edition of Gelato World Tour is here in Singapore! From 20th March, be delighted by the amazing flavours freshly created and presented by new and seasoned gelato artisans from the Asia Pacific region as they pit themselves against each other in the quest to win the prestigious “World’s Best Gelato” title.

Vote for your favourite flavour from the top 16 finalists with a Gelato Ticket, which can be purchased at the Gelato World Tour Village. At SGD12, you get 8 tasting portions in cones of 40 grams each. The ticket will allow you to participate in the Taste & Win draw where they stand to win prizes. The votes of the visitors and GWT’s Technical Jury will determine the top three flavours to represent the Asia Pacific region at the Grand Finale of the Gelato World Tour 2.0 to be held in Rimini, Italy in 2017.
