Last Thursday, Samsung Singapore held a launch its latest Galaxy devices at Supply and Demand. Galaxy Tab S2 and Galaxy A8 were unveiled at the event, where Samsung introduced the two new devices to the media.
Galaxy A8 4G+, the lastest addition to the Galaxy A series of devices, is the slimmest full metal Galaxy smartphone to date at 5.9mm. Packed into the thin device is a 5.7" Full HD SUPER AMOLED and 2.5mm narrow bezel. The Galaxy A8 4G+ also features LTE Cat 6 Dual-SIM capability and high resolution 16MP rear and 5MP front camera.
The Galaxy S2 comes in two sizes, 9.7" and 8.0". The device features a newly optimised SUPER AMOLED Display for the best content viewing. Also spotting the 4G+ LTE Cat 6 capability, users can surf the Internet at speeds of up to 300Mbps. The Galaxy S2 is bulit with touch-enabled Fingerprint Scanner for hassle-free authentication.
The Galaxy A8 4G+ will be available in Gold and White from 1 August at S$698 (without contract).
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 in 9.7" and 8.0" will be available from 7 August 2015 in Black starting from S$598. They will come in WiFi and 4G+ versions spotting 32GB with support for microSD of up to 128GB.
